During a Sound Healing session, I employ a variety of techniques to best assist clients on their healing journey. I use Antique Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gantas, Dorjes, Tingshas, Gongs, tuning forks, crystals, colors, sacred geometry, chanting, and crystal singing bowls, among other instruments.
BENEFITS OF SOUND HEALING:
* Release energy blocks which may be at the root of physical, emotional, and mental stress.
* Relief of stress and anxiety by balancing the body, mind, and spirit.
* Pain relief
* Balancing the body’s Chakras to regain a smooth flow of energy
* Process subconscious limiting beliefs that do not serve one well
* Revitalized energy, creativity, intuition, and motivation
* Balances both hemispheres of the brain through brainwave entrainment
* Improves concentration (binaural beats)
* Assists in deep relaxation, attaining the Alpha and Theta brainwaves (sometimes even Delta brainwave takes place)
* Improves sleep
* Strengthens the immune system
* Sympathetic resonance to calm the cardio-respiratory system for stress relief
* Whole-body cellular shifts through vibration of the Vagus nerve
* Spiritual transcendence
HOW DOES SOUND HEAL?
Sound Healing using antique Tibetan Singing bowls, Gantas, Dorjes, Tingshas, and Gongs has its roots in the principle of resonance. According to Joshua Goldman and Alec W. Sims, “Through the principle of resonance, the vibrations of one body can reach out and set off vibrations in another body via an exact match of the object’s natural resonant frequency…the most significant foundations for the power of sound healing—frequencies can shift and change in an ever-evolving dance.”
Entrainment is when the powerful vibrations of one object will actually change the vibrations of another object, causing this second object to lock in step or synchronize with the first.”
Sound Healing Pioneers
“I had previously come to understand illness as a manifestation of disharmony within the body...thus the bowls with their distinctive resonant tones...permitted me access to ...a means by which harmony could be restored within the body on the physiologic as well as the psychospiritual level.”
- Mitchell L. Gaynor M. D.
“The ultimate goal of sound healing is to find the harmonic template of health for an individual and then use it to resonate people back into a state of health. Sound Healing” is the use of sound to promote health and wellness in the human system.”
“Sound healing makes use of the phenomenon of sympathetic resonance. ...when one form of energy experiences the matching frequency of a musical note, it will vibrate in sympathy with the note in sympathetic resonance. A strong enough sound vibration can even cause a form to restructure itself, as has been noted with cancer cells...and water crystals...the high frequency sounds of the Himalayan bowls gently nudge us back to our natural state of bliss...when we are exposed to that frequency over time, we fall onto sympathetic resonance with it.”
“Binaural beats” is a confusing term because it seems like a phrase describing an external sound—a type of beat. But a binaural beat is actually a type of brain response—a shift in brain activity—that happens when we hear two different frequencies at the same time. The brain responds to the difference between the two frequencies by hearing an imaginary third frequency. That third frequency creates an effect, an experience. Some of the EFFECTS ARE BETTER SLEEP, RELAXATION, PHYSICAL HEALING, AND REDUCTION OF STRESS AND ANXIETY.
Holosync calms the brain’s limbic system, enhances the prefrontal cortex, and creates changes in the brain’s electric activity, allowing the creation of meditative states, enhanced creativity, increased focus and concentration, increased willpower and ability to self-regulate behavior, and many other beneficial mental and emotional capacities.
